Welcome to Sunroom. A light-filled studio and gathering space envisioned by Rebekah Colletti, founder of Breach Co. (www.breachco.com) and a creative force in sustainable event design. What began in 2020 as a commitment to transform the floral and event industries from the ground up has grown into something even more rooted, radiant, and community-driven.

In 2025, Rebekah discovered a space that felt like a natural extension of her ethos — bright, adaptable, and full of possibility. That space became Sunroom.

Part studio, part sanctuary, Sunroom is where sustainable creativity comes to life. To shape its potential and host unforgettable experiences, Rebekah has gathered a talented, intentional team who shares her vision: to design with care, celebrate with purpose, and keep beauty in balance with the planet.

REBEKAH COLLETTI
Sunroom Founder

Rebekah Colletti is a Maui-based floral designer and founder of Breach Co. and Sunroom, where creativity meets regenerative design. Her floral journey spans from Amsterdam’s markets to Michigan wedding seasons, a women-led flower farm in Ohio, and now the unique ecosystems of Hawaii.

With over a decade of experience and a degree in Communication and Marketing, Rebekah leads Breach Co., innovating event design at luxury resorts and corporate events. She creatively incorporates native and invasive Hawaiian plants like Gossypium (Hawaiian cotton), Naio (false sandalwood), sugar cane, coconuts, and donated fruit, blending art forms such as collage, paint, and botanical foraging into her work.

Featured in Florist Review and on Food Network channels, Rebekah’s designs balance beauty with environmental stewardship.

When not designing, she enjoys yoga, hiking, and time with Hendrix, her Goldendoodle.

Co-founder of Sunroom, Rocio curates intentional wellness and signature experiences that blend movement, creativity, and elevated hospitality. Her focus is on creating meaningful, refined moments of connection within the space.
