How do I book The Sunroom?
You can book through our Peerspace listing or directly with our team via our inquiry form. We’ll walk you through availability, pricing, and any add-on options.

Do you offer hourly and daily rates?
Yes — standard rates are $450/hour for the blank canvas, with package pricing available for half-day and full-day rentals.
Do you require a deposit?
A 50% non-refundable retainer secures your date. The balance is due prior to the event.
How far in advance should I book?
For peak seasons (holidays, winter, and summer), we recommend booking at least 3–6 months in advance. Short-notice bookings are possible if the date is available.

Do you allow outside vendors?
Yes — you’re welcome to bring your own licensed vendors for catering, entertainment, and bar. We also have a trusted preferred vendor list.

What is your alcohol policy?
Alcohol is permitted when served by a licensed bartender or caterer in compliance with Maui County liquor laws.

Do you have noise restrictions?
Yes — quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM per Maui County regulations.
