PAYMENTS & POLICIES

   

  • Date hold: $500 date-hold fee to secure your date.

  • Deposit schedule: 4 weeks out - 50% deposit due / 2 weeks out - final guest count & remaining balance due

  • Damage deposit: A $500 refundable damage deposit may be required

What kind of events do you host?
We welcome private events, corporate gatherings, retreats, photo shoots, creative workshops, wellness classes, and intimate celebrations. The Sunroom is a blank canvas designed to adapt to your vision.

How many guests can the venue accommodate?

  • Seated dining: Up to 60 guests

  • Standing/cocktail style: Up to 120 guests
    Capacity varies depending on layout, furnishings, and activities.

     

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
The Sunroom is fully enclosed and climate-controlled, with natural light and flexible floor plans. We can recommend nearby outdoor spaces for ceremonies or photography.

Booking & Availability

How do I book The Sunroom?
You can book directly with our team via our inquiry form. We’ll walk you through availability, pricing, and any add-on options.

Do you require a deposit?
A 50% non-refundable retainer secures your date. The balance is due prior to the event.

 

How far in advance should I book?
For peak seasons (holidays, winter, and summer), we recommend booking at least 3–6 months in advance. Short-notice bookings are possible if the date is available.

We can arrange additional staff for setup, teardown, and coordination as an add-on service.

Policies & Guidelines

Do you allow outside vendors?
Yes — you’re welcome to bring your own licensed vendors for catering, entertainment, and bar. We also have a trusted preferred vendor list.

​

What is your alcohol policy?
Alcohol is permitted when served by a licensed bartender or caterer in compliance with Maui County liquor laws.

​

Do you have noise restrictions?
Yes — quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM per Maui County regulations.
