FULL VENUE BUYOUT

STUDIO + PATIO (Up to 150 guests)

Exclusive full venue buyout of Sunroom Wailea for a private, elevated event experience, including access to the main studio space and outdoor grass area during the contracted rental window.

 

Included with the full venue buyout:

  • Exclusive venue access and parking

  • Morning yoga and meditation session

  • Standard decor styling

  • Votives and botanical accents for entry and restrooms 

  • Five cocktail/highboy tables

  • One farm table for snacks, gifting, or display

  • One bar-back table

  • Tommy Bahama cooler

  • Standard cleaning fee

All use of Sunroom Wailea is subject to venue guidelines, property rules, noise expectations, and community standards.

DESIGN & CREATIVE SUPPORT

Sunroom’s preferred creative partner is Breach Co., Maui-based specialists in floral design, styling, and event production.

 

Clients may work with Breach, bring approved outside vendors, or use our curated preferred partner list.

 

Partnering with Breach is optional but often chosen for its seamless integration and design continuity. â€‹
